About Us
Secrets Of The Heat Transitional Living, LLC. mission is to rebuild women and families one step at a time with additional options for housing when completing an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment center or who has been clean and sober for thirty (30) days.
VISION STATEMENT: Secrets Of The Heat Transitional Living vision is to provide a structured sober community in which residents are proactive in their recovery while learning to address their needs and problems in a mature manner.
OUR CORE CONCEPTS: Safety is our number one core concept, we foster an atmosphere of safety that encourages Program Director to respond swiftly to a relapse and other issues. This swift response creates a community wide awareness that encourages a high level of trust and communication between the Program Director and residents. As trust and communication grows, we find that our residents ask for more help from the Program Director and their peers more often, which leads to less relapse and greater feeling of community in general.
Community: In addition to safety, we value community so highly that everything else we do just doesn’t work without it. We believe that community has the ability to transform the lives of those in recovery. Everything we do sets up the culture of peer support that can be seen from the minute you walk in the sober living environments.
Accountability: The level of accountability for people new to the recovery process is key to longevity. We feel that it’s our responsibility to hold each individual responsible for their actions in a honest and respectable manor.
Education: This has always been an important value of our system of care. The education we have given to our residents has been informal. We have partnered with the resident to give her experience, strength, and hope. By combining continuing education about our experience with the disease of addiction, life skills development, and the accountability, we are changing the way addicts recover from a life of substance abuse. With this approach we believe that we can have an even more dramatic impact on battling addiction in our community.
Affordability: Secrets Of The Heat Transitional Living continue to provide the highest level of care at the most cost effective price. We feel that our pricing strategy is well within reach of most families. While our pricing might not be the highest, we are committed to the highest level of professionalism, accreditation, and practices. We are simply a group of individuals who care about the recovery process, the welfare of our residents, and producing highly effective members of society.
